In business, so much is lost in the shuffle of commerce. Small businesses are lost to the noise of megastores and huge conglomerates. Small business: even the words marginalize what they truly are. A small business is a big deal to the family that runs it, to the employees that depend on it to live, and to eat. Very often small companies stay small because they are unknown to the public. That’s where I come in. I let the public know about these fantastic small companies that would otherwise stay unknown. I offer a presence on the farthest reaching media the world has ever known: The World Wide Web.

But helping businesses succeed isn’t enough. Obviously this is my business, but it’s also my passion, my joy. When I see the success of those companies that I helped, I know that I was instrumental in facilitating that success. It blows my mind. This is more than a business. Coyote Productions is network, a family, an ideal. Oh yeah, and it’s a blast!

There are many companies that are more than willing to sell web hosting, offering services and space for very little money. What they often do not offer is the expertise and care of an individual or group dedicated to the customer’s positive web experience. An independent business succeeds or fails based on its ability to satisfy the customer. I intend to satisfy my customer, and do what ever is required to ensure that the services I offer enhance the success of the customers who have trusted me with their web hosting.

  • I work locally.
  • I personally meet with my customers.
  • I personally work on their sites.
  • I know them, and they know me.

Does this make me competitive to the big companies? Not remotely. I have no interest in competing with mega-corporations for more customers that I can handle unless I out-source my support overseas. To the best of my knowledge, I’m not competing with anyone. I’m providing a service that is flexible, reliable, professional, and above all, approachable.
